Get ready to
- Own and implement the development and improvement of data models serving the needs of accounting and finance departments
- Leverage the power of dbt to overcome complex modeling problems, with a focus on data expectations and testing
- Engineer data from various sources to enhance data quality and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely company data
- Identify, investigate, and solve data issues, including data quality problems, discrepancies, and missing data
- Build dashboards for stakeholders who require specific data
- Adopt and refine best practices, such as naming conventions, data modeling, and data quality testing
- Communicate with non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations
- Work with cross-domain teams to gather requirements and provide solutions addressing project needs
We expect you to
- Have proven SQL skills: ability to join and manipulate data of various types (String, Integer, JSON, Array), write parameterized scripts, debug SQL code
- Have an understanding of ETL and warehousing concepts
- Have strong communication skills: timely, clear, and consistent sharing of information, work progress, bottlenecks, and findings
- Have a positive and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning
- Be capable of understanding, tackling, and communicating problems from both technical and business perspectives
- Be fluent in English
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500 – 3800 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
