Get ready to
- Be the go-to person for two Customer Success Quality Advisors, providing guidance and support
- Maintain and develop quality standards across all Customer Success channels, including live chat and email support
- Identify training needs within the Customer Success team and initiate relevant programs
- Collaborate with Customer Success Team Leads and internal teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Guide and coach Quality Assurance Advisors on best practices, fostering their growth and development
- Report on team performance and QA metrics to the Head of Customer Success, offering actionable solutions for continuous improvement
- Participate actively in Customer Success Management team meetings and initiatives to drive team success
We expect you to
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success Quality Assurance or a similar role
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive and impactful feedback
- Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to solve problems independently
- Demonstrate outstanding Customer Success skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer care
- Think strategically and creatively to implement ideas effectively and on time
- Be focused on enhancing the employee experience and ensuring team welfare
Salary
Gross salary range is 1800 – 2200 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
