for a Communications Project Manager to drive internal communication, employer branding, and expert communications initiatives. In this role, you will ensure seamless and engaging communication across various channels, strengthening both internal engagement and external brand reputation. - Plan and execute internal communication strategies to foster a proactive and transparent information flow within the company. Ensure employees stay informed, engaged, and connected through regular company updates across multiple channels

Collaborate with HR to develop employer branding strategies, craft compelling content and campaigns, explore new communication channels, and build relationships with C-level executives and team leads to ensure a strong employer brand presence

Assist in crafting expert commentary for media opportunities, supporting the company’s thought leadership initiatives

Manage social initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, aligning them with company values and communication objectives
We expect you to
- Bring 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field

Work effectively on both strategic and executional levels

Approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating strong ownership and a hands-on attitude

Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, with exceptional written and spoken skills

Craft compelling stories with strong copywriting abilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through outstanding interpersonal skills

Manage multiple initiatives efficiently with strong project and time management skills
Salary
Gross salary range is 4300 – 4900 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
