For the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be a part of the Management Board and a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving the organization’s strategy. You will lead Kilo Health groups’ HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational development. Kilo Health group consists of 30+ different brands and various companies focused on the Health and Wellness industry
Get ready to
- Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Lead the Human Resources, Office Operations, and Culture & Events teams. You will have 10+ direct reports and more than 20 people working within a full portfolio under CPO
- L&D: Together with L&D Manager build the strategy for the learning and development programs aligned with business needs
- Comp&Ben: Work to refine and improve our compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees
- Recruitment: Together with the Head of Recruitment and business stakeholders, plan for future hires and hire according to that plan. Build a strategic plan for the office expansion outside Lithuania HQ to acquire necessary competencies
- Career paths: Together with HR Business Partners develop career paths, promotion reviews, and succession plans
- Efficiency: You’ll embrace our KPIs and Goal-setting solutions, constantly look for efficiency improvements, and hold all employees, and teams accountable for upholding their efficiency too
- Data and Analytics: you will efficiently collect and select the right metrics that will lead to impactful reporting and change
- Oversee employee engagement and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Build a strong relationship with different business’ CEOs, and provide HR solutions and support
- A willingness and ability to work hands-on in HR operational matters will be important as you partner with the executive to deliver exceptional workplace strategy and practice
We expect you to
- Have more than 7-10 years of experience in a Human Resources executive position(s). In those roles, you had at least 3 levels reporting to you (heads of department(s), team leads, and ICs)
- Have had a C-level role in a complex organization, or a holding company
- Have a deep understanding of recruiting tactics, metrics, and capacity planning
- Have in-depth expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance
- Have strong project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with board and executive teams
- Have extensive experience as a trusted advisor to CEOs, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Have proven experience in running HR operations. In-depth expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance
- Experience in Startup(s) is highly desirable.
- International HR or People Ops experience would be a huge benefit
- Have experience in high-growth environments. As an example, you could have worked at an organization that has more than doubled the number of team members year over year
- Have the ability to engage, motivate & inspire People
- Be a Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business results
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Salary
Gross salary range is 7500-10000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
