We are looking
for a motivated and experienced B2C Sales Team Lead who excels in managing and leading telemarketing teams. You will play a critical role in leading and inspiring our sales team while driving campaign success through hands-on telemarketing expertise and strategic insights.

- Lead a team of telemarketers in B2C campaigns, ensuring daily targets are met

Manage performance through regular coaching, mentoring, and motivation

Monitor call quality and provide feedback to improve team performance

Work flexible hours, especially during USA peak times (evenings)

Collaborate with management to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Help develop and refine sales scripts and call flows

Implement best practices in B2C telesales processes

Report regularly on team KPIs and campaign results

We expect you to
- Have proven sales experience in a B2C setting

Have prior leadership experience (as a team lead or similar role)

Have a solid background in call centers and outbound telemarketing

Possess a strong understanding of campaign management and performance analytics

Be able to identify what makes a campaign successful and provide data-driven suggestions for optimization

Be skilled in creating sales processes and quality control mechanisms

Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills

Have experience with CRM systems and call tracking tools (nice to have)
Salary
Gross salary range is 2700-3500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
