Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking

for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Specialist who will play a critical role in managing partnerships and enhancing online reputation. This role emphasizes building and optimizing affiliate relationships, while leveraging SEO strategies to boost visibility and performance for the Online Reputation team.

  • Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, ensuring affiliates are aligned with online reputation goals and supported for success
  • Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships, ensuring they contribute to business objectives and online reputation priorities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve visibility and support online reputation efforts
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and address technical SEO issues to enhance website performance and reputation
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate, SEO, and online reputation metrics to refine strategies and report on performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in affiliate marketing, SEO, and online reputation management to implement best practices

We expect you to

  • Have at least 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of affiliate marketing
  • Analyze performance data to guide decisions and optimize strategies across affiliate marketing, SEO, and online reputation efforts
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage affiliate partnerships effectively and address online reputation concerns
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented in handling multiple projects and priorities
  • Stay creative and innovative in responding to changing market trends and customer feedback to enhance online reputation

Salary

Gross salary range is 2200 – 3200 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
