for a Head of Performance Marketing who would will play a crucial role in shaping our beauty product and oversee the core performance marketing functions. If you are passionate about the newest marketing trends, growth and PPC topics, this position might be just for you.

- Own our Meta’s, Applovin’s, Google’s ads accounts and directly work to improve the ROAS numbers

- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to drive efficiency and maximize campaign impact
We expect you to
- Have a proven track record of 3-4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, showcasing your expertise in driving tangible results
- Have proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices
- Have experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and extract valuable insights
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to retain an oversight across many projects simultaneously
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Have exceptional organizational abilities, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary
Gross salary range is 4800-5800 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
