Get ready to
- Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows
- Lead automation initiatives across the company with focus on Customer Care
- Design and implement automation models using low code and no code automation tools
- Swiftly identify and rectify any issues within automation flows
- Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models for improved performance and accuracy
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, conducting tests and experiments
- Collaborate with product and other internal to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in AI
- Document processes, algorithms, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Analyze and preprocess data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
We expect you to
- Have experience building automation workflows
- Have experience working with tools like n8n, Open AI, Zendesk or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have experience working with API
- Nice to have – experience working JavaScript
- Strong communication skills in English and fluent Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500-5000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
