We are looking
for a Head of Marketing Programs, who will act as the right hand to the CMO in driving performance marketing excellence across Kilo Health’s portfolio of 20+ companies, both digital and e-commerce. You’ll lead cross-company growth initiatives, develop proof-of-concept paid media strategies, and work with internal stakeholders to align execution across teams. This is a senior, high-impact role for a strategic operator who is hands on and deeply understands the mechanics of PPC and media buying — particularly on platforms like Meta — as well as is curious and motivated to unlock the next media platform for Kilo Health group.
Get ready to
- Lead multi-company performance marketing initiatives to unlock new growth levers across the Kilo Health portfolio
- Partner with CEOs, CMOs, and growth teams from various Kilo Health’s companies to align on PPC strategy, execution, and resourcing
- Design and coordinate pilot programs, focusing on new channel approaches, bidding strategies, funnel experiments, etc.
- Collaborate with data, creative and martech leads to define measurement frameworks and KPIs, produce high-performing ads, landing pages, and media buying strategies
- Advise teams and get your own hands dirty with PPC accounts from launch to multi-million dollar acquisition budgets on their media buying strategy and execution, ensuring cost-effectiveness, optimal resource use and business impact
- Work with external partners (e.g. TikTok, Hyros) to test platform tools and measure results
- Analyze program outcomes, package learnings, and recommend scalable solutions for broader adoption
- Act as a catalyst for change in how media buying is executed and evaluated across the group
We expect you to
- Have 8+ years of hands on media buying experience in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition and media buying within a digital environment (additional e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Possess up to date deep Meta media buying expertise (additional channels are a plus)
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with project execution experience across multiple teams
- Have experience working in matrixed or portfolio-style organizations is a strong plus
- Manage stakeholder relationships across functions and seniority levels effectively
- Demonstrate confidence, comfort and emotional intelligence in driving change and navigating ambiguity
- Be data-literate: able to understand attribution models, campaign analytics, and incrementality testing
