for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join the GoHealth unit. You should have a marketing background, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset. If you’re curious and eager to help us turn traffic into revenue, we’d love to meet you.
Get ready to
- Dive into data analysis to understand user behavior and uncover optimization opportunities
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across our web funnels
- Collaborate with design, data, marketing, and development teams to bring ideas to life
- Present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Research and benchmark CRO and UX best practices
- Contribute to building a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in marketing, CRO, or related fields
- Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills
- Be comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Show exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Communicate clearly in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
- Be confident using tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
- Experience with platforms like Looker, VWO, Typeform, or Hotjar is a plus
Salary
Gross salary range is 2000-3000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
