Get ready to
- Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics
- Support and consult report users. Register, plan and prioritize their requests
- Merge several complex data sources and automate data processes
- Take initiative in setting key performance indicators for products.
- Communicate and track these indicators, proactively flag issues to stakeholders
- Provide insights and ideas to improve key business metrics, effectively communicating findings and recommending actions for improvement
- Monitor and investigate data to detect anomalies in user behavior and initiate actions to help Kilo products prevent fraudulent activities and keep chargebacks low
- Continuously analyze data and provide recommendations on how to optimize our payment flow
- Follow up on issues related to your area of responsibility
- Collaborate with other data analysts and engineers to improve data collection and quality
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team
We expect you to
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret complex business data
- Curiosity and a highly collaborative work style
- At least a good level of SQL with ambition to improve
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to optimize analysis time and make informed decisions independently
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI or other similar BI tool(s) is a plus
- Experience working with risk is a plus
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500 – 3500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
