for a Senior Google Ads Manager to lead our Google Ads strategy at Bioma Health. You will be managing campaigns, looking for new angles and driving continuous growth with high budgets. If you are proactive and ready to join a dynamic team of high performers, we’d love to hear from you!
Get ready to
- Be the main driver of our Search ads strategy
- Proactively look for new opportunities and angles to maximise performance across different generic campaigns
- Manage advertising campaigns on a daily basis, and conduct tests and data analysis to ensure that this channel makes the maximum impact
- Collaborate with cross – functional creative teams to find the best performing Google Ads creatives
- Work with the English speaking markets, but primarily USA with no limited budgets while having positive ROAS
We expect you to
- Have 3+ years of experience with generic Google search channels
- Have knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- It would be ideal if you already have experience with marketing intelligence platforms such as NorthBeam
- Have a strong analytical and data interpretation capability with a goal-oriented attitude
- Have strong logical and creative skills with an ability to come up with ideas for performing creatives
- Have strong ownership of Google Ads accounts and decision-making
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Have the ability to plan your own tasks and prioritize them
- Have no fear of failing while testing new approaches
- Have strong English and Lithuanian skills in written and verbal communication
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500 – 5500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
