for a Creative Strategist to join our newly growing team @HealthTech. If you’re passionate about crafting data-driven, high-performing ads, bringing innovative ideas to life, and working with a team that values creativity and impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Get ready to
- Develop and execute innovative ads, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns in relation to healthcare
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Think of visual brand execution
- Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, etc.
- Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.)
- Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it
- Analyze competitors’ ads
- Gather insights about target groups
- Copywrite (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPI’s)
We expect you to
- Have at least 3 years of work experience as a Performance creative strategist/ Copywriter/ Creative/ etc.
- Have an exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and innovative ideas
- Have experience working with various creative environments outside of Meta or Google
- Have a creative and analytical mindset toward developing unique and innovative solutions to improve products
- Be 100% a performance-oriented person
- Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present them in a visual and compelling way
- Excellent English skills
- Have no fear of failing
- Be curious and creative

Salary
Gross salary range is 4000 – 4 500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
