We expect you to
- Have extensive experience as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or in a similar senior marketing leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving and scaling digital products
- Bring experience working in the Health and Wellness industry, specifically with B2C products (preferred)
- Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies and business plans across all marketing functions, including branding, product promotion, and customer acquisition
- Utilize insights from market research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance
- Conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital channels (e.g., press releases, events)
- Oversee complex marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your marketing team
- Implement upsell, cross-sell, and down-sell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Develop and implement effective retention marketing strategies to cultivate customer loyalty and minimize churn
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500 – 7000 EUR/month
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
