  • Have 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Have previous experience recruiting IT, Digital marketing positions and build onboarding processes
  • Have strong ownership feeling
  • Have experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Have previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Willing to work in start-up environment
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
