We are searching for a Marketing/User Acquisition Lead for kids audience to take charge of:
Get ready to
- Manage the full UA process for a mobile game: planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns, with a special focus on kids
- Oversee acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple mobile channels
- Produce comprehensive UA reporting, analyze ROI, and identify new opportunities to support key titles
- Experiment and analyze campaigns for existing and upcoming games
- Run multiple marketing tests and present results to stakeholders with concrete recommendations
- Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through sub-publisher optimization, customized targeting, and segmentation
- Develop briefings for new ad creatives and oversee the production of marketing material
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote kids’ games, considering both online and offline channels
- Create plans to reach the target demographic through age-appropriate content, advertising, and engagement tactics
We expect you to
- Have a previous experience in kids game industry
- Have a familiarity with the kids’ gaming industry, including trends, popular games, and target audience preferences & Legislation
- Have In-depth knowledge of acquisition tools and various mobile ad networks
- Have strong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying
- Have extensive knowledge of various mobile marketing channels (for example Facebook, Snapchat, Google Ads, Unity Ads, ironSource, and others)
- Have hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on multiple channels
- Have familiarity with tracking tools for mobile advertising campaigns
- Have strong knowledge of the mobile games market and KPIs for various different game genres
- Have knowledge of product soft-launch procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Overall, the Marketing Lead role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing to children and parents. Balancing creativity, ethics, and business goals will be key to success in this role.
Salary
Gross salary range is from 5000 EUR/month.
