Become part of a high-growth organization focused on new business across the US. In search of a B2B Growth manager to help build our B2B demand generation engine in the US. You will be in a drivers position to allocate marketing budget, set up strategy to drive leads and our brand awareness. You will be tasked to optimize owned, shared, earned and paid digital media for high growth targets.

Get ready to
- Be responsible for multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Manage all our online and offline lead generation channels
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track marketing metrics
- Develop new lead sources and optimize existing ones
- Run market research projects and utilize multiple data sources to develop new ideas for customer segmentation and outreach
- Later in our journey build the marketing team and bring necessary resources to ensure we reach our marketing and sales targets
We expect you to
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing experience. Preferably in the tech industry. Bonus points if you have worked in digital health, telehealth and/or health-focused app experience
- Have experience in demand generation and inbound marketing (including SEO, PPC,email marketing, social selling, trade shows, online-events, social media)
- Have strong analytical skills. Have a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Be experienced in running ABM campaigns for large companies and accounts
- Have experience with marketing tools, like CRM (Hubspot Marketing Hub), LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), content creation tools etc.
- Have great communication and writing skills in English
- Be a self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment. Hands-on spirit
