Get Ready To

Draw insights from quantitative & qualitative data
Find effective web funnels we’re not currently utilizing
Transform insights into actionable new web funnels suggestions
Partner with data, marketing, content, design, development, and CRO teams to execute new web funnel ideas
Report on your efforts to find new web funnel angles–that increase revenue
After getting familiar with the position, build a team of CRO/UX design/copywriting/dev specialists
Establish an “R&D of web funnels” process that could be scaled throughout the organization
Have lots of fun :)

We Expect You To

Have proven experience in digital marketing/web funnel optimization
Have deep interest in human psychology
Have project management experience
Be comfortable with creating your own workflow and finding relevant tools to do your job
Be self-reliant, excellent problem-solver, results-oriented
Conversion copywriting or UX design experience is a MASSIVE advantage
Have no fear of failing
Never kill the vibe

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000–5000 EUR/month.
