Your workplace will look like this

Get Ready To

  • Represent the brand and work with social media pages like Facebook, Instagram and others.
  • Solve queries of community members and provide support.
  • Respond to comments and customer questions on posts and inbox messages.
  • Interact with users and understand their challenges.
  • Assist in the process of new customers’ onboarding.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Monitor and report on customers’ feedback.

We Expect You To

  • Work experience as a community or customer experience manager would be a plus, but not essential.
  • Be 100% customer-oriented.
  • Have excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Have common sense & perfect English skills (this is crucial).
  • Have no fear of failing.
  • Be curious and creative.
  • Never kill the vibe.


Gross salary range is 800-1150 EUR/month.
