Get Ready To

  • Sell the Kilo Health digital products by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business targeting enterprise organizations
  • Work with management to define and implement go to market strategy and sales process
  • Implement CRM and lead generation systems 
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Operations and take ownership to ensure these functions adequately support sales growth objectives
  • Hire, lead and mentor a sales team
  • Set, lead and achieve ambitious sales and customer retention goals.

We Expect You To

  • Have more than 5 years of experience in international B2B sales (ideally selling digital products)
  • Have a proven track record of closing deals with diverse buyer groups
  • Have a proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Have a proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close
  • Be able to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • The ability to collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams
  • Be fluent in spoken and written business English
  • Previous experience of leading sales team is a plus.


Gross salary range is 5500 – 6300 Eur/month.


Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda.
